(2) Alternately, you can just save the file onto your desktop and then
open it there. To do this, simply right click your
mouse on the blue link and this will then show up. Click on the 'save
target as', just as shown, and then - when prompted - simply save the file
to your desktop (or wherever in your computer you wish to save it):
(3) The file is an Adobe Acrobat format, which requires Adobe Reader
